The Matsuura Lab at the University of Toronto designs and applies new biomaterials to guide the personalized treatment of human disease, through research in size-controlled, modular nanoscale and micron-scale colloids; image-guided, non-invasive, treatment of disease; externally activated theranostic agents; point-of-care diagnostics; and medical imaging phantom development.
